Is there a drink minimum inside the showroom?
*YES! Please note that there’s a 2 DRINK MINIMUM PER PERSON inside the showroom which can include non-alcoholic drinks
How does seating work?
*All Seats Are Assigned By The Host Based On Your Party’s Arrival Time
*If VIP Tickets Are Offered, Those Seats Will Automatically Be Reserved In Front Of General Admission
*All Seats Are Final To Ensure A Smooth Experience For All Customers
How do I make sure my party is seated together?
*Please note that your entire party MUST be present at the host stand in order to sit together
*If you’d like to RESERVED seating, we have a few options available so please call the box office or email info@palmbeachimprov.com
Do I have to buy tickets ahead of time?
*While tickets might be available at the door, you’ll have a much better experience knowing that you can get in line right away and not worry if a show is sold out
How do I buy tickets?
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANY OTHER SITE OTHER THAN WWW.PALMBEACHIMPROV.COM
- You can purchase tickets online 24/7 or you can call the box office between the hours of 10am – 5pm
- Ticket resale is strictly prohibited and your Name, Credit Card, Address and Email will be verified
- Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be cancelled a the discretion of the Improv
What's your refund policy?
*All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges can be made due to our Talent contracts
Is food or drink included in the ticket price?
*F&B is not included in the ticket price but we have a full dinner menu and a bar featiromg specialty cocktails
*Just remember there's a 2 DRINK MINIMUM per person in the showroom which can include non-alcoholic drinks
Do you offer any Free Tickets And/Or Promo Codes?
*Please sign up four email and text lists and follow us on our social channels to find out!!
Where do I pick up tickets?
*No need to pick anything up! Just show your tickets on your phone or you can also print them at home (or stop by the box office if needed)
Is there a waitlist for sold-out shows?
*If a show is sold out, there might be an opportunity to accommodate guests who are on our waiting list
*In order to be placed on the wait list for a specific show, all guests must be at the Box Office IN-PERSON no earlier than 1 hour prior to the showtime when the list starts
*Then roughly 20 - 30 minutes after the show begins, we will start to accommodate the wait list but can’t guarantee tickets will be available
*So sign up and check out COPPER BLUES next door while you wait for a fun night regardless

*There is free outdoor parking located at the Wellington Mall
When do doors open?
*All doors open 1 Hour prior to showtime unless noted on the ticket page or via email
Running late?
*We understand things happen but please note that your tickets might be released if you arrive after showtime

What are the age requirements?
All shows are 21+ except Mon - Th, Fri Late & Sun which are 18+ (if ages differ from this schedule, they will be noted on the ticketing pages)
Is there a dress code?
*We’re casual but you stay classy Palm Beach!
Do you have accessible seating (ADA SEATING)?
*Yes. Just call us or email info@palmbeachimprov.com in advance so we can make arrangements.
Do you offer group packages?

What if I lost something at the club?
*We’ve got a lost and found! Call the box office or email us and we’ll check if your item was turned in.
How long is the show?
*Roughly 90 minutes, although it can vary slightly by show
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
*We have a strict policy of NO PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO OR PHONE USE DURING the shows
*Yes even texting to make sure your kids aren’t bleeding counts
*Be present, let’s make sure our headliners are happy and enjoy the show
What if a show gets canceled or rescheduled?
*We’ll contact you immediately via email and will also try calling to make sure you know about any changes within an hour of happening
*If we can secure a makeup date, the good news is we’ll automatically transfer your tickets to the new show
*But we’ll also make sure you’re refunded immediately if the Headliner can’t confirm a new date (please note that refunds are processed to the original payment method and might take 5 – 7 business days to hit your accoun).
What if we show up early for the show?
*You should definitely hang out next door at Copper Blues which is opening in October 2026 and enjoy the vibe and live music while you wait
How will I know when my favorite comedian is coming to the club?
*Our website is always updated so you can visit www.palmbeachimprov.com for all shows currently on sale
*We also encourage you to sign up for email and text lists, and follow us on our social media channels so you get first dibs on tickets and promos
Do You Offer Military Discounts?
*We are proud to offer promotional tickets at www.vettix.org and www.1sttix.org for eligible veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families
